We recently had our car serviced by Port Lincoln Prestige (100,00KLM). This is the first time we have been there. Being a major service we accepted the use of a courtesy car for the period of the service. From the very start of the process booking the car in the staff were fantastic. We were overseas when we started the process. Dana was very professional and kept us informed of upcoming dates and times for the service. We had a few little issues on the way mainly due to us not having the correct information at hand while travelling. Dana was very patient, polite & professional, which gave us confidence to change from our original service people. We are still looking at a trade up thanks to the low-pressure sales pitch from Boyd. We will be returning to Port Lincoln Prestige John & Gayle Grimes
